Satori Cellars believes that great wine and great fruit are inseparable. We believe winemakers create better wines when they are intimately involved in the vineyard and the vineyard caretakers do a better job when they are intimately involved in the winemaking process. At Satori Cellars the same few people are immersed in all activities whether it’s planting, pruning, or picking grapes from our 15 acre vineyard or crushing, pressing, racking or bottling our wine in our brand new winery.

PB Hein Vineyards

Paul is a fifth generation Napan with roots into viticulture and winemaking dating back 129 years to 1879 when his three times great grandfather PJ Hein had 29,000 vines on Mount Veeder.
Paul believes strongly in old world winemaking: small lots, bin fermentation and as little mechanical intervention as is humanly possible. No huge stainless steel vats, no mechanical pumpovers. Being 'hands on' with each bin allows us to produce the highest quality wines possible.

Located in Manjimup vineyards, a beautiful wine region tucked in Western Australia's Southern corner. Although Pinot Noir is widely planted, it is Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that are beginning to make a name for themselves. The region still only bears an interim registration as a wine region because there is a split between the vignerons, some wishing to have a separate region while others want to go with Pemberton.
